Symptoms of early menopause
The symptoms are almost exactly the same as normal-range menopause, and may include:
- Mood swings and vaginal dryness.
- Hot flushes and night sweats, as well as sleep disturbances.
- Behavioural changes, and memory lapses.
- Weigh gain and pain during sex.
- Not all symptoms are experienced at the same time, and some may be more severe than others.
