• Make sure that your breath is always fresh. Bad breath will put everyone off.
• If you have facial hair, keep it neatly trimmed so that it is not wild and woolly. Some women may be put off by the appearance of uncontrolled hair growth.
• Take care that you always smell fresh and clean. Use a good, long-lasting deodorant so that there is not even a hint of body odour.
• If your hair has started to thin out, don’t try to hide it by growing your hair longer and trying to style it over the bald patch. Face up to it, keep your style, and it will look natural and be a part of who you are.
