Premature ejaculation (PE) is another source of anxiety and concern for men who have this problem. PE can occur with very little stimulation, before or just after penetration. This usually results in neither the guy nor his partner being sexually satisfied.

An abnormal ejaculatory system may also lead to fertility problems, especially if a couple is trying to conceive. This in turn may cause some sexual anxiety in both partners if conception does not take place.
